Rosa Florentino is a Principal at Quest Settlements, specializing in attorney-client relations. As a Senior Settlement Consultant, Mrs. Florentino handles comprehensive settlement planning for attorneys and their clients in California, Nevada, Texas and Washington as well as other states throughout the United States. She specializes in cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, cases involving minors, class action cases, and non-physical injury cases such as employment, discrimination and attorney fees.
As a Senior Structured Settlement Consultant, Rosa is dedicated to facilitating successful settlement outcomes for attorneys and their clients. She is focused on the immediate and long-term financial needs of each plaintiff and thoughtfully customizes solutions on an individual basis to meet their personal and financial goals. Her objective is to provide her clients with a peace of mind now, for their futures, and to preserve their settlement funds.
Rosa attends mediations across the United States, free of charge, and evaluates the potential need for Trusts, Special Needs Trusts or Medicare Set-Asides. She prepares proposals and reviews all legal documentation pertaining to annuities.
Rosa has affiliated memberships with the Nevada Justice Association (NJA), Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), Association of American Justice (AAJ), Consumer Attorneys of San Diego (CASD), California Applicants’ Attorneys Association (CAAA), the San Diego Bar Association, The California Notary Association and the USD Paralegal Alumni Association. She is also an active member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA) where she served on the Education Committee. Last year, “My Vegas Magazine” named Rosa as one of the 2018 Top Women of Influence.
Raised in Tijuana, Mexico until the age of ten, Rosa is fluent in reading and writing proper Spanish. She obtained a Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice from San Diego State University, is a certified Paralegal from the University of San Diego and a Certified Notary Public.
Rosa is married and has two children, ages 18 and 15. In her spare time she enjoys kayaking, hiking, camping and anything to do with the outdoors.
